hggtk/history: add custom filter to menu drop down
It cannot be selected, but is automatically activated when the
user applies a custom filter. It lets the user 'unapply' the
custom filter by picking 'All Revisions' or another choice.

hggtk/history: delay clearing text buffer until search complete
I was clearing the change display immediately at the start of each
refresh, just on the odd chance that the new filter resulted in no
match. Instead, I now clear the display when the treeview informs
me the search is complete and no changes were found
